The Intensive Language Education Centre is a public institution under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Its primary mission is to ensure the improvement of the language proficiency of new students enrolled in scientific disciplines taught in French or English by providing intensive courses.

 The centre also offers opportunities for learning English to university members, including researchers, faculty executives, and staff, to help them benefit from foreign references and publish their research in foreign languages.

Additionally, as part of the university’s efforts to connect with its economic and social environment, the centre provides foreign language training on demand to meet the needs of administrative and economic institutions.

It also offers foreign language courses to all segments of society. Finally, the centre provides Arabic language training for non-native speakers, including international students, to support their integration into the community.
